Our Online Store uses 128bit "bank-grade" encryption for your safety. You can be sure that your online transactions are safe and secure. Credit card information is not stored after orders are fulfilled. Our store is open 24/7 for your convenience. BC Wildlife Federation receives 20% of the proceeds of your greeting card order and 100% of the proceeds from any additional donation you choose to make.

All sales on the BC Wildlife Federation Holiday Card website will be transacted in Canadian Dollars. All of our sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on product sold through our gift shop. We do make exceptions on product ordered online if it is received damaged. Although we make every effort to ensure the product is packaged properly we have no control over damage that may take place in transit from manufacturing to the end consumer.
